1. Book your transfer online

  • Book online up to 24 hours before your transfer.
  • For bookings within less than 24 hours, call the +33 (0)1 43 65 55 55 (9.00 am to 7.00 pm, local time in Paris), or visit our counter at Paris-Beauvais Airport.

 

2. Pay directly online

  • Security comes first - you are paying using the McAfee Secure System on our website (find more about our secured payment policy).

 

3. Receive your booking confirmation by mail

  • Date and schedule of your pickup
  • Confirmation number
  • Instructions for your travel planning and your arrival procedure
  • Helpline number for all your questions and modification

 

4.1 From the airport: contact us as soon as you have collected your luggage

  • At Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly airports, by calling the toll-free number indicated on your booking confirmation.
  • At Beauvais airport, by visiting our SuperShuttle counter.
Our driver will pick you up a maximum 15 to 20 minutes after your call, at the meeting place indicated on your booking confirmation.

 

 

4.2 From your home, office, hotel or station ... to the airport

 

Your driver will pick you up directly at your address and at the time indicated on your booking confirmation (within a 15 to 20-minute window).

In order to optimize your transfer time, SuperShuttle is sometimes led to slightly readjust the pickup times. In this case, you will be informed of every modification the day before your transfer (phone call or sms).
