We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, SuperShuttle has a very simple modification policy:

  • Up to 24 hours, you can modify your booking for free by email
  • Within 24 hours, modifications are subjected to the availability of our vehicles. Please contact our call center: +33 (0)1 43 65 55 55 (9.00 am to 7.00 pm, local time in Paris)
 
In case of cancellation, we are happy to refund you:
  • Up to 48 hours before the transfer time: 100% refund
  • From 48 hours to 24 hours: 50% refund
  • Within 24 hours: no refund
3% booking fees will be held whatever the cancellation time.
